Home For The Holidays Long Island Clemency Rally
We are holding another Home for the Holidays rally, this time in Long Island, to show Governor Cuomo that New Yorkers across the state are in support of #ClemencyNow. Join community members whose loved ones have pending clemency applications in advocating for them to come home for the holidays. The rally will take place on Wednesday, December 23, 5:30 pm at 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, NY, on the North Side Entrance. Zoom option here.

Solitary is Torture
People are suffering and dying in solitary confinement, which is exacerbated by and exacerbating the spread of COVID-19 in prisons and jails. The legislature continues to have the votes to pass HALT and must reconvene remotely immediately and pass HALT now! On May 6, the HALT Solitary Campaign is hosting actions in Albany, Binghamton, the Bronx, Buffalo, Long Island, Rochester, and Yonkers, and all actions will be on Zoom.
